Regulation 32

Offence

Any person who —

(a)

contravenes or fails to comply with any of these Regulations or with any condition imposed or any notice or direction given by the Authority or by an employee or officer thereof under these Regulations; or

(b)

obstructs an employee or officer of the Authority in the exercise of his powers under regulation 29,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $100 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
