Remission of estate duty
The estate duty of $26,302.35 payable under the Act on the balance of the Collector of Land Revenue award, ex-gratia payment and cash gift made out of the Collector of Land Revenue award in respect of the property at 38 Starlight Road, Singapore, passing on the death of Tang Yu Kan on 14th December 1996 is hereby remitted.
