Subregulation 1
Dividends received in Singapore by Trafigura Holdings Pte Ltd (a company incorporated in Singapore) during its financial year that ended on 30 September 2016 from Trafigura BV (a company incorporated in the Netherlands), which were derived from dividends received by Trafigura BV from Trafigura Pte Ltd (a company incorporated in Singapore), are exempt from tax.
Subregulation 2
The exemption in sub‑paragraph (1) is subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 23 July 2018 addressed to PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore Pte Ltd, the representative of Trafigura Holdings Pte Ltd.
