Exemption

Subregulation 1

There shall be exempt from tax the interest payable by BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd. between 10th December 2008 and 9th December 2010 (both dates inclusive) to Bank of China Limited under the Loan Agreement dated 7th April 2008.

Subregulation 2

The exemption is subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 23rd June 2008 addressed to BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd.
