Exemption

Subregulation 1

There shall be exempt from tax the interest payable by BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd. between 20th April 2009 and 19th April 2011 (both dates inclusive) to Bank of China Limited under the Loan Agreement dated 3rd April 2009.

Subregulation 2

The exemption is subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 26th June 2009 addressed to BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd.
