Regulation 2

Reinstatement of expenditure or loss

For the purposes of section 37H(12) of the Act, the amount by which the expenditure or loss referred to in section 37H(6) of the Act is to be increased following the recovery by the Comptroller of an amount of cash grant under section 37H(8) of the Act is an amount computed in accordance with the formulawhere A is the amount of the cash grant recovered by the Comptroller.
