Exemption
Lenovo (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the foreign dividends received in Singapore from Hong Kong from 1st May 2005 to 30th April 2010 (both dates inclusive), subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 28th April 2005 addressed to the Economic Development Board.
