Regulation 2A

Member with pre-existing incapacity or serious illness

For the purpose of section 42(2)(d) of the Act, a member of the Fund is not insured under the Scheme if the member is incapacitated or suffering from serious illness before the date on which any contribution has been paid into the Fund for the member.
