Definitions
In these Rules —“employee” means an employee belonging to the Eurasian community;“Eurasian Association” means the society registered under the Societies Act 1966 by that name;“Eurasian community” means every person of Eurasian descent who is a permanent resident or citizen of Singapore, and includes any person who is described in the identity card issued under the National Registration Act 1965 as being of the Eurasian race;“Fund” means the fund established by the Eurasian Association for the educational, social or economic advancement of the Eurasian community.
