Regulation 17
Payment by Board to vendor, etc.
All moneys withdrawn from the Fund under regulation 5, 6, 7, 8 or 13 must be paid by the Board to the vendor, mortgagee, chargee or such person as the Board thinks fit to receive such moneys.
