Regulation 23
Application in manner and with information required by Board
Subregulation 1
An application by a member under these Regulations must be made in writing to the Board in such manner as the Board may direct.
Subregulation 2
Any member making the application mentioned in paragraph (1) must furnish to the Board such information, documents and guarantees as the Board may require.
