Regulation 4
Scheme applicable to property of certain tenures only
No money standing to the credit of a member in the Fund is to be withdrawn under these Regulations for the payment of the whole or a part of the purchase price of a property or for the repayment of any loan in full or in part unless the member has acquired or will acquire with respect to the property —
(a)
an estate in fee simple or perpetuity; or
(b)
a leasehold estate having an unexpired term of at least 60 years at the date of the member’s application for the withdrawal of money under these Regulations.
