Regulation 9
Board to pay direct to Housing and Development Board, Jurong Town Corporation, Town Councils or approved developers, etc.
All moneys withdrawn from the Fund under these Regulations must be paid by the Board to the Housing and Development Board, the Jurong Town Corporation, a Town Council, an approved developer or such other person as the Board thinks fit to receive such moneys.
