Regulation 3

Subject to paragraph (2), these Regulations apply to a self‑employed person whose income is more than $6,000 for any relevant year.

Paragraph (1) and regulations 4, 6, 7, 7A, 8, 9, 9A, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 18 do not apply to a Member of Parliament in respect of any allowance or honorarium or additional allowance received by him or her.
