Appointment and procedure of Appeal Panel
Subregulation 1
The Appeal Panel comprises such number of members as the Minister charged with the responsibility for health may appoint.
Subregulation 2
The Appeal Panel may determine the procedure to be adopted by it in considering an appeal under regulation 11.
