Regulation 9
Review of assessment of eligibility or amount of benefit
If a member wants the Board to review its assessment of the member’s eligibility to receive any benefit under the Scheme, or the amount of such benefit, the member must —
(a)
apply on or before 31 December of the second year following the applicable year or relevant year (as the case may be) in the form and manner required by the Board; and
(b)
give the Board, within the time required by the Board, any information or documents in support of the member’s application or which the Board requests from the member.
