Regulation 3
Who is a collector
For the purposes of the definition of “collector” in section 2(1) of the Act, the classes of persons specified in the first column of the First Schedule are collectors in respect of the self‑employed persons —
(a)
specified opposite in the second column of that Schedule; and
(b)
who are not excluded from the Contribute As You Earn scheme under regulation 9.
