Regulation 8
Determination of estimated annual income
In these Regulations, the amount of a self‑employed person’s estimated annual income for a relevant year is —
(a)
where his or her estimated annual revenue for the relevant year (A) is more than his or her estimated annual expenses for the relevant year (B) — A − B; or
(b)
where A is equal to or less than B — nil.
