Regulation 21
Direct payment by Board to vendor, etc.
All moneys withdrawn from the Fund under regulation 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 15 or 17 must be paid by the Board to the vendor, mortgagee, chargee or such other persons as the Board thinks fit to receive such moneys.
