Regulation 3
Application
These Regulations do not apply to any house or flat in respect of which contributions standing to the credit of a member may be withdrawn by the member under any of the following Regulations:
(a)
the Central Provident Fund (Approved Middle‑Income Housing Scheme) Regulations 1975;
(b)
the Central Provident Fund (Approved Housing Schemes) Regulations 1986;
(c)
the Central Provident Fund (Ministry of Defence Housing Scheme) Regulations (Rg 13, 2006 Revised Edition);
(d)
the Central Provident Fund (Approved HDB‑HUDC Housing Scheme) Regulations 1987.
