Application of certain provisions to withdrawal under section 15(1B) of Act
Unless the context otherwise requires and subject to regulation 33B, a reference to a withdrawal under these Regulations that relates to the purchase of any securities as defined in regulation 27 includes a reference to a withdrawal under section 15(1B) of the Act for the purchase of those securities.
