Regulation 4
Denomination of securities
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), all securities purchased or acquired under these Regulations must be denominated in Singapore currency.
Subregulation 2
The following securities may be denominated in a currency other than the Singapore currency:
(a)
investment‑linked insurance policies, including investments in any collective investment scheme;
(b)
deposits in fund management accounts;
(c)
units in unit trust schemes;
(d)
exchange traded fund interest;
(e)
gold.
