Regulation 11

For the purposes of section 32(1) of the Act, the amount of premium payable for a CPF member’s insurance cover under the Scheme in respect of a housing loan for the purchase of a property is calculated in accordance with the applicable Table in the Second Schedule based on the owner’s extent of cover under the Scheme prescribed by regulation 13.
