Regulation 11
Committee to issue certificate one day before nomination
Upon receipt of any application under regulation 9, the Committee shall, if it considers that the applicant is a person belonging to the Malay community, as soon as practicable and in any case not later than the day before the day of nomination, issue to the applicant a certificate in Form B in the Schedule certifying that to be the fact.
