Regulation 12

The manager must cause to be maintained for each class a register in the form approved by the Permanent Secretary which must clearly show all fees paid by pupils and the authority for remission in the case of children not required to pay fees. These registers must be available for inspection at any time by an authorised officer of the Ministry of Education.
