Termination of service for incompetence, etc.
The Permanent Secretary may require the termination of the services of, or the imposition of a lesser penalty such as stoppage or deferment of increment, fine or reprimand or a combination of such penalties on any employee on grounds of incompetence, indiscipline, moral turpitude, indebtedness or conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline.
