Conditions for approval for capital expenditure
Subregulation 1
An application for capital expenditure must not be approved unless it fits into the Ministry of Education’s overall plan for the development of education.
Subregulation 2
Only in the most exceptional circumstance is grant-in-aid to be approved towards the purchase of a site.
