Subregulation 1

Any public entertainment organised by any of the following educational institutions is exempt from section 4 of the Act:

(a)

Nanyang Technological University;

(b)

National University of Singapore;

(c)

Singapore Institute of Technology;

(d)

Singapore Management University;

(e)

Singapore University of Social Sciences;

(f)

Singapore University of Technology and Design.

Subregulation 2

Subject to sub‑paragraph (3), any arts entertainment organised by any of the following educational institutions is exempt from section 4 of the Act:

(a)

LASALLE College of the Arts;

(b)

Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

Subregulation 3

Sub‑paragraph (2) does not apply to an arts entertainment provided in combination with any other public entertainment which is not an arts entertainment.
