Application for registration under section 5 of Act

An application for registration under section 5 of the Act must be in the Form A set out in the Schedule and the application must be accompanied by a written statement giving detailed information regarding —

(a)

the particular goods in respect of which registration is sought;

(b)

the amount of authorised, subscribed and paid‑up capital of the enterprise;

(c)

the amount of capital raised in Singapore, and the amounts raised in each country outside Singapore;

(d)

the name and address of the bankers of the enterprise; and

(e)

the facts (if any) on which the applicant relies to satisfy the Minister that immediately before the specification of the goods or class of goods in respect of which registration is sought the applicant had bona fide made substantial preparations for or incurred expense with a view to their manufacture in Singapore.
