Jurong Town Corporation may purchase HDB flat
The Jurong Town Corporation, a body corporate established under the Jurong Town Corporation Act (Cap. 150), shall be entitled to purchase, whether directly from the Board or from another person with the written consent of the Board, any flat, house or other living accommodation sold subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Act.
