Subregulation 1
This rule shall apply to —
(a)
the owner, tenant or authorised occupier; and
(b)
an applicant for the purchase or rental,of any flat, house or building sold or let out by the Board pursuant to the Act.

A person to whom this rule applies shall notify the Board in writing of any change of his residential address, except that where the person has made a report of the change under section 8 of the National Registration Act (Cap. 201), he shall be deemed to have notified the Board of the change of his residential address in compliance with this paragraph.
