Evidence of identity and Singapore citizenship

For the purposes of section 5A(1)(a) and (1C)(a) of the Act, the other evidence of identity that must be presented by a citizen of Singapore shall be all or any of the following:

(a)

one or more fingerprints or a handprint of the citizen (including those taken using paper and ink or digital livescanning technologies);

(b)

a photograph or other image of the citizen’s face and shoulders;

(c)

the citizen’s signature;

(d)

any other personal identifier of the citizen.
