Powers of Court in relation to orders made by Court
Subregulation 1
Proceedings under section 56 or 58 of the Act are to be by order in accordance with Form 9.
Subregulation 2
An application for an order to show cause under this regulation may be made to the president of the Court in the absence of any person other than the applicant supported by an affidavit verifying the facts upon which the application is based.
Subregulation 3
As soon as practicable after an application for an order to show cause under this regulation is granted, the applicant must file the order and supporting affidavit with the Registrar.
