Regulation 2

Definition

In this Order, “relevant conviction” means a conviction —

(a)

for any offence involving dishonesty or moral turpitude; or

(b)

for any other offence, where the convicted person has been sentenced to a fine of not less than $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not less than one year.
