Exemption

Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in relation to any power-assisted bicycle which falls within the exemption under paragraph 3 of the Road Traffic (Nanyang Technological University Power-Assisted Bicycles Trial) (Exemption from Part I and Section 91) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 363/2011).
