Assessment of annual value
Subregulation 1
Subject to this Order, the annual value of the Downtown Line for any period specified in the first column of the Schedule is the amount specified opposite that period in the second column.
Subregulation 2
The annual value of the Downtown Line specified in the second column of the Schedule continues to apply to the period specified opposite in the first column even though, at any time during that period, the use of any portion of the Downtown Line for the public carriage of passengers ceases or is discontinued.
