Regulation 19

Suspension or revocation of licence

The Deputy Commissioner of Police may suspend or revoke a licence if he is of the opinion that the licensee —

(a)

has made any misrepresentation or has failed to disclose any fact in his application for the licence;

(b)

has failed to provide instruction to any person in a satisfactory manner; or

(c)

has charged any unreasonable fees for instruction.
