Regulation 27

Insurance

A vehicle used for providing instruction or a driving test shall have insurance taken out in respect thereof to cover any liability arising from —

(a)

any driving instructor using the vehicle for providing instruction;

(b)

any person driving the vehicle; or

(c)

any other person in the vehicle during the driving test.
