Notice of suspension of driving licence
Subregulation 1
The Deputy Commissioner of Police shall, upon making an order to suspend the driving licence of a person, notify him in writing of the suspension of his driving licence and shall require him to surrender the driving licence forthwith to him.
Subregulation 2
Such a person shall not drive or obtain a provisional licence to drive a vehicle of any class as long as the order of suspension is in force.
