Amendment or withdrawal of application

Except as otherwise provided in these Rules, the Registrar may —
(a)
upon being notified that any particular furnished in an application made under these Rules is incomplete or incorrect; or
(b)
upon receipt of a request to withdraw an application made under these Rules,make any correction or amendment to the application or permit the withdrawal of the application, as the case may be, on payment of a fee of $42.51.

The Registrar may, in his discretion, waive in whole or in part the fee.
