Prescribed offence under section 127A of Act

For the purposes of section 127A of the Act, the offences stated in section 127B(6) of the Act, and in section 131(1)(c) of the Act read with rule 26C(1) of the Road Traffic Rules (R 20), shall be prescribed offences to which section 127A of the Act applies.
