Regulation 6
Period of validity of approval
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraphs (2) and (4), each approval under rule 3 or 5 shall be valid for one year from the date the approval is granted.
Subregulation 2
An approval under rule 3 shall cease to be valid if any condition under rule 3(2)(b), (c) or (d) ceases to be satisfied.
Subregulation 3
An approval under rule 4 shall cease to be valid if the person and his spouse are divorced.
Subregulation 4
An approval under rule 5 shall cease to be valid if any condition under rule 5(2)(b), (c) or (d) ceases to be satisfied.
