Identification mark to become void on breaking up, etc., of motor vehicle

When any motor vehicle in respect of which an international circulation permit has been issued is broken up, destroyed or removed to a place abroad or sold or the ownership thereof is otherwise transferred in Singapore, the identification mark assigned to the motor vehicle under rule 22K(1)(a)(ii) shall become void.
