Regulation 25

Any person who holds an international circulation permit or a vehicle entry permit shall during the validity of that permit be exempt from payment of the fees prescribed under the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) in respect of the motor vehicle to which the permit relates.
