Subregulation 1

Subject to sub‑paragraph (2), no specified tax, and no levy or fee under Part 1 of the Act, is chargeable in respect of any civil defence operations vehicle or police operations vehicle.
Subregulation 2
Sub‑paragraph (1) does not exempt from a fee payable under any rule made under section 34 of the Act.
