Application to register marriage under section 29 or 182 of Act

Regulation 16
An application to register a marriage under section 29 or 182 of the Act must be —
(a)
in Form D;
(b)
submitted personally or electronically to the Registrar; and
(c)
accompanied by a fee of $75.
