Provision of interim report to parties
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), an MEO must provide an interim report prepared under section 89(2) of the Act to both parties at the same time as far as reasonably practicable.
Subregulation 2
If an interim report contains information on a notable disposition of property by the respondent that has not yet been made or completed —
the MEO must provide the interim report to the applicant before providing it to the respondent; and
the MEO must not provide the interim report to the respondent before the expiry of 14 days after the interim report is provided to the applicant.
Subregulation 3
In paragraph (2), a “notable disposition of property” means any disposition or intended disposition of property that the MEO thinks the applicant ought to be notified of.
