Regulation 13
Deposit of security
Subregulation 1
The deposit of money as security under rule 12 shall be lodged in Court.
Subregulation 2
The Registrar shall keep a book open to the inspection of all parties concerned, in which shall be entered from time to time the amount of deposit and the application under section 71 to which it is applicable.
