Regulation 35
Notification of ceasing operations
Subregulation 1
If an AOC holder intends to cease its commercial air transport operations, the accountable manager must notify the Authority before operations cease.
Subregulation 2
The responsibility in paragraph (1) is non‑delegable.
Subregulation 3
An AOC holder must return the air operator certificate to the Authority immediately upon the cessation of its commercial air transport operations.
