Operations specifications

Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must comply with the operations specifications associated with the air operator certificate.
Subregulation 2

The operations specifications, issued by the Authority when the air operator certificate is granted or renewed under regulation 6(1)(b), may be varied by the Authority —
(a)
when the air operator certificate is varied under regulation 31(1) or (4); or
(b)
when the Authority is satisfied that such variation is necessary for the safety of air navigation or public safety, or both.
